Hey there! I’m Vanessa!
I’m 29 years old, a music lover, recipe tester, and full-time kitchen daydreamer. Welcome to Brazilian Mounjaro Recipe Blog — where I share what’s cooking in my world (literally) and all the delicious lessons I pick up along the way.

I’m a BA holder, a degree that’s never seen the inside of a kitchen, but somehow I found my way here, mixing spices instead of spreadsheets. By day, I do all the regular grown up stuff, but once I’m home and my Spotify playlist is on, the apron goes on too.
I started this blog as a personal diary of the meals I made — and the ones I completely messed up. I never thought it would turn into a space where others might come to find inspiration or comfort in their own kitchens. But here we are, and I’m beyond happy we found each other.
Cooking is my love language
For me, cooking has always been more than just a chore. It’s a way to unwind, connect, and create something meaningful. Whether I’m making dinner for myself or hosting a few friends, the kitchen is where I feel most like myself — a little messy, a little experimental, but always full of heart.
Music + Meals = My kind of magic
Most of my time in the kitchen is spent with my favorite playlist in the background. Music sets the mood, whether I’m whipping up something bold or something cozy. The rhythm of chopping, stirring, and dancing around while the sauce simmers? It’s my happy place.
What you’ll find here
This blog isn’t just recipes — it’s real-life cooking. You’ll find quick meals, comfort food classics, creative twists, and a few kitchen hacks I’ve picked up along the way. I share the good, the “oops,” and everything in between, because that’s what cooking is — trial, error, and joy.
Why I share
I created this space to connect with others who love food but don’t take it too seriously. You don’t need fancy equipment or five-star skills to cook something amazing. I’m here to share what works for me and hopefully give you a reason to try something new, too.

A little real talk
Sometimes I measure with my heart. Sometimes I burn things. Sometimes I nail a dish on the first try. That’s life in the kitchen — and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I want this blog to feel like a friend sharing their favorite go-to meals and little victories.
Let’s stay connected
If you ever try a recipe, have a cooking tip, or just want to chat about food (or music!), I’d love to hear from you. Leave a comment, send a message, or just keep coming back for new stories and recipes.
Thanks for stopping by
This Brazilian Mounjaro Recipe Blog is a big part of my life, and having you here means the world to me. Let’s
cook, laugh, and learn from each other — one delicious dish at a time.
